  1.1 These Regulations commence on 1 July 1995.

  2.1 The Electoral and Referendum Regulations are amended as set out in these
Regulations.

3. Regulation 10 (Permitted purposes for use of information on Roll)


  3.1 Subparagraph 10 (a) (ii):
Omit "1 July 1991", substitute "21 June 1995".

  3.2 Subparagraph 10 (b) (i):
Omit "Department of Health, Housing, Local Government and Community Services",
substitute "Department of Human Services and Health".

  3.3 Sub-subparagraph 10 (b) (ii) (A):
Omit "Department of Health, Housing, Local Government and Community Services",
substitute "Department of Human Services and Health ".
