EXCISE AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2006 (NO. 3) (SLI NO 174 OF 2006)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Excise Regulations 1925 as a result of legislative amendments made by the Excise Tariff Amendment (Fuel Tax Reform and Other Measures) Act 2006 and the Excise Laws Amendment (Fuel Tax Reform and Other Measures) Act 2006, and omitted certain provisions which were no longer required.
