EXTRADITION (SHIPS AND FIXED PLATFORMS) REGULATIONS 2009 (SLI NO 96 OF 2009)

- Description:These Regulations repeal the Extradition (Ships and Fixed Platforms) Regulations and implement Australia's extradition obligations under the International Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts against the Safety of Maritime Navigation and the Protocol for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts against the Safety of Fixed Platforms Located on the Continental Shelf.
