EXTRADITION (UNITED ARAB EMIRATES) REGULATIONS 2010 (SLI NO 36 OF 2010)

- Description:These Regulations declare the State of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to be an extradition country for the purposes of the Extradition Act 1988, and apply that Act to the UAE, subject to the extradition treaty.
