1984 No. 40 DRIED VINE FRUITS EQUALIZATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

Regulation 3A of the Dried Vine Fruits Equalization Regulations is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (a) "and"; and

   (b)  by adding at the end thereof the following word and paragraph:



"; and (c) in relation to dried fruit of the following class, namely currants
produced during the season that commenced on 1 January 1983, the period is the
period of 3 months that commenced on 1 January 1984.".
