9. (1) Where an agent is appointed in accordance with regulation 8 to be the
authorized agent of more than one exporter, the Corporation may permit that
agent to furnish, in one consolidated return, particulars in respect of export
sales concerning all or any of those exporters.

(2) Where an agent furnishes a consolidated return referred to in
sub-regulation (1), he shall ensure that the particulars furnished in relation
to the export sales of each exporter whose agent he is are identified as
relating to that exporter.
