1982 No. 72 DESIGNS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 9

9. (1) A person who is applying, or has applied, under section 20, 22C or 25D
of the Act for the registration of a design may apply to the Registrar for the
expedition of the Registrar's consideration under section 23 of the Act of
that application.

(2) An application under sub-regulation (1) for expedited consideration of an
application for the registration of a design shall be in accordance with Form
3.
