1982 No. 72 DESIGNS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 59

59. The Registrar, may, on receipt of a request in writing, give a certificate
as to any entry, matter or thing that he is authorized by the Act or these
Regulations to make or to do and such a certificate, purporting to be signed
by the registrar, is admissible as evidence in all courts and proceedings
without further proof as evidence of the matters stated in the certificate and
the facts on which they are based.
