PART II-REGISTRATION
5. Subject to this Part, an application under the Act for the registration of
a design shall-

   (a)  in the case of an application other than a Convention application-be
        in accordance with Parts I and II of Form 1; and

   (b)  in the case of a Convention application-be in accordance with Parts I
        and III of Form 1.
