4. (1) Subject to the Act and these Regulations, the fee specified in Column 3
of Schedule 2 in an item in that Schedule is, in respect of the doing of the
act by the Registrar, or the lodging of the document, referred to in Column 2
of that Schedule in that item, the prescribed fee payable to the Registrar for
the purposes of section 42 of the Act.

(2) Where a fee is payable to the Registrar, that fee shall, subject to the
directions of the Registrar in relation to that payment, be paid at the
Designs Office.
