1982 No. 72 DESIGNS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 29
Determination of claim under sub-section 27C (6) of the Act
29. The Registrar shall hear a claim made in accordance with regulation 27 and
shall consider any notice of opposition to that claim given to him under
regulation 28 and, if he is satisfied that the claim should be granted, he may
grant to the claimant a licence on such terms as he thinks just, but if he is
not so satisfied he shall dismiss the claim.
