1987 No. 325 DAIRY PRODUCE LEVY REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

The Dairy Produce Levy Regulations are amended by inserting after regulation 5
the following regulation: Minimum weight-subsection 9 (4) of the Act
5A. For the purposes of the definition of "minimum weight" in subsection 9 (4)
of the Act, a weight of one kilogram is prescribed.
