Commencement


  1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 November 1987.

Rates of levy on the milk fat content of relevant dairy produce


  2. Regulation 4 of the Dairy Produce Levy Regulations is amended:
  (a)  by omitting from subregulation (3) "4.05" and substituting "3.82"; and
  (b)  by omitting from subregulation (4) "0.45" and substituting "0.68".
