These Regulations may be cited as the Dairy Produce Levy Regulations. 1986 No. 167 DAIRY PRODUCE LEVY REGULATIONS - REG 2 Interpretation 2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears, "the Act" means the Dairy Produce Levy (No. 1) Act 1986. 1986 No. 167 DAIRY PRODUCE LEVY REGULATIONS - REG 3 Prescribed varieties of cheese-definition of "dairy product" in sub-section 4 (1) of the Act 3. For the purposes of paragraph (c) of the definition of "dairy product" in sub-section 4 (1) of the Act, each variety of cheese specified in the Schedule is prescribed. 1986 No. 167 DAIRY PRODUCE LEVY REGULATIONS - REG 4 Rates of levy on the milk fat content of relevant dairy produce 4. (1) The amount of 35 cents per kilogram of milk fat contained in, or comprising, relevant dairy produce is prescribed for the purposes of sub-section 7 (1) of the Act. (2) The amount of 0.9 cent per kilogram of milk fat contained in, or comprising, relevant dairy produce is prescribed for the purposes of sub-section 7 (2) of the Act. (3) The amount of 4.05 cents per kilogram of milk fat contained in, or comprising, relevant dairy produce is prescribed for the purposes of sub-section 7 (3) of the Act. (4) The amount of 0.45 cent per kilogram of milk fat contained in, or comprising, relevant dairy produce is prescribed for the purposes of sub-section 7 (4) of the Act. 1986 No. 167 DAIRY PRODUCE LEVY REGULATIONS - REG 5 Prescribed minimum percentage-sub-section 9 (4) of the Act 5. For the purposes of the definition of "minimum percentage" in sub-section 9 (4) of the Act, 1% is prescribed. 1986 No. 167 DAIRY PRODUCE LEVY REGULATIONS - REG 6 Rates of levy on dairy products 6.
