  1. These Regulations may be cited as the Director of Public Prosecutions
(Allowances) Regulations.

Allowances payable to the Director of Public Prosecutions


  2. For the purposes of sub-section 19 (2) of the Director of Public
Prosecutions Act 1983, the following allowances are prescribed, namely, the
allowances payable to an officer of the Australian Public Service.
