DEFENCE FORCE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1998 No. 63 - REG 4
4. Regulation 82 (Grievances to which this Part does not apply)
4.1 Paragraph 82 (b):
Omit the paragraph, substitute:
"(b) a liability arising under section 15 or 42 of the Financial Management
and Accountability Act 1997 .".
