1. Amendment


  1.1 The Defence (Visiting Forces) Regulations are amended as set out in
these Regulations.
(NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act
1901, s. 48.)

2. Regulation 4:


  2.1 Before "Canada", insert in the list of countries:
  "Brunei Darussalam;".

  2.2 Omit "Fiji;".

3. Regulation 5:


  3.1 Omit the regulation, substitute:
Declaration of other countries under section 6 of the Act
  "5. The following countries are declared under section 6 of the Act to be
countries in relation to which all the provisions of the Act have effect:
  (a) the Kingdom of Cambodia;
  (b) the Republic of Fiji;
  (c) the Republic of Indonesia;
  (d) the Republic of the Philippines;
  (e) the Kingdom of Thailand;
  (f) the United States of America.".
