Subject to clause 4, the Defence Force (Reserves) (Financial) Regulations as amended by clauses 1 and 2 apply in relation to service by a member on or after 4 January 1980. 1980 No. 10 DEFENCE FORCE (RESERVES)(FINANCIAL) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENTS) - REG 4 Application 4.
