1979 No. 83 DEFENCE FORCE (RESERVES) (FINANCIAL) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

Regulation 8 of the Defence Force (Reserves) (Financial) Regulations is
amended-

   (a)  by omitting sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (b) of sub-regulation (2)
        and substituting the following sub-paragraph:

" (ii) has completed, after 1 July 1975, training for
his category of employment or prospective employment;";

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (c) of sub-regulation (2) " before " and "
        test " and substituting " after " and " training " respectively;

   (c)  by adding at the end of paragraph (c) of sub-regulation (2) " and ";
        and

   (d)  by omitting paragraph (d) of sub-regulation (2).
