DEFENCE (INQUIRY) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2007 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 155 OF 2007)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Defence (Inquiry) Regulations 1985 to insert a new Part 8 which will allow the Chief of the Defence Force (CDF) to establish a Commission of Inquiry (COI) which is intended to provide for a specialist court dealing with in-service deaths and suicide, and to provide for the operation of the (CDF COI).
