  1. These Regulations may be cited as the Cattle Transaction Levy
Regulations.

  2. These Regulations commence on 1 August 1996.

Interpretation


  3. In these Regulations:
  "Act" means the Cattle Transaction Levy Act 1995.

National Cattle Disease Eradication Trust Account-amount of levy


  4. For the purposes of subparagraph 5 (1) (d) (v) of the Act, 30 cents is
prescribed.
