Effect of registration
If a registrable maintenance liability mentioned in regulation 11 is
registered by the Registrar, an amount payable under the maintenance
assessment, order or agreement, or the agency reimbursement liability, is a
debt due to the Commonwealth by the payer in accordance with the particulars
of the liability entered in the Child Support Register.
