Principal Regulations


  1. In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Criminology
Research Regulations.

The appropriate Minister


  2. Regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from
subregulation (2) "Health and Community Services" and substituting
"Correctional Services".

Schedule


  3. The Schedule to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from
item 3 "Minister for Justice and Attorney-General" and substituting
