4.1 After regulation 21, insert: Notice of seizure-prescribed period for
instituting action for infringement of copyright

"22. For the purposes of paragraph 135AC (2) (a) of the Act, the prescribed
period is 10 working days. Notice of seizure-prescribed period for extension
of retention period

"22A. For the purposes of subsection 135AC (6) of the Act, the prescribed
period is 10 working days after the end of the retention period mentioned in
the subsection.".
