1994 No. 35 CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2.1 After paragraph (k), insert:

"(ka) whether:

        (i)    the company operates solely for the purpose of acting as the
               trustee of a regulated superannuation fund within the meaning
               of section 19 of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act
               1993; and

        (ii)   the memorandum of the company prohibits the distribution of its
               income or property among its members, regardless of whether or
               not the company has a share capital.".
