1990 No. 455 CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS - REG 5.6.36

5.6.36. A person named in a notice convening a meeting as the person who is to
receive:

   (a)  an instrument appointing a proxy; or

   (b)  any other document relating to the validity of the appointment of a
        proxy; must not require that instrument or document to be received
        more than 48 hours before the meeting.
