1990 No. 455 CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS - REG 5.6.32

Liquidator, provisional liquidator, official manager or chairperson may act as proxy 
5.6.32. A person may appoint:

   (a)  the liquidator; or

   (b)  the provisional liquidator; or

   (c)  the official manager; or

   (d)  the chairperson of a meeting; by name or by reference to his or her
        office, to act as his or her general or special proxy.
