1990 No. 455 CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS - REG 5.6.20

5.6.20. (1) Subject to subregulation (2), if a poll is demanded:

   (a)  the manner in which it is to be taken; and

   (b)  the time at which it is to be taken; must be determined by the
        chairperson.

(2) A poll demanded on the election of a chairperson or on a question of
adjournment must be taken at once.
