1990 No. 455 CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS - REG 5.6.17

5.6.17. (1) If a meeting is convened by:

   (a)  a liquidator; or

   (b)  a provisional liquidator; or

   (c)  an official manager; that person, or a person nominated by that
        person, must chair the meeting.

(2) In any other case, the persons present and entitled to vote at a meeting
must elect one of their number to be chairperson of the meeting.
