1990 No. 455 CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS - REG 5.6.13

5.6.13. A statement in writing in accordance with Form 530 by:

   (a)  the person convening a meeting; or

   (b)  a person acting on his or her behalf; that notice of the meeting was
        sent by prepaid post is, in the absence of evidence to the contrary,
        sufficient proof of the notice having been sent to a person at the
        address specified for that person in that notice.
