1990 No. 455 CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS - REG 5.6.07

5.6.07. A liquidator must deposit in the bank with which the liquidator's
general account was opened:

   (a)  the bills; and

   (b)  the notes; and

   (c)  any other securities; payable to the company or the liquidator as soon
        as possible after they are received by the liquidator.
