Notice of intention to disclaim lease
5.6.03. A notice under paragraph 568 (6) (a) of the Corporations Law must be:
(a) in accordance with Form 526; and
(b) given to the lessor by personal delivery or by prepaid post to the
lessor's usual or last known place of residence or business.
