1990 No. 455 CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS - REG 5.2.01

5.2.01. A copy of:

   (a)  a report that must be lodged; and

   (b)  a certificate or other document annexed to that report; must be
        certified in writing to be a true copy by:

   (c)  for a copy lodged for the purposes of paragraph 429 (2) (c) of the
        Corporations Law - the receiver of property of the corporation; or

   (d)  for a copy lodged for the purposes of subsection 436 (15) of the
        Corporations Law - a director or secretary, or the principal executive
        officer, of the company; or

   (e)  for a copy lodged for the purposes of subsection 448 (11) of the
        Corporations Law - the person who, immediately before the appointment
        of the liquidator, was the official manager of the company; or

   (f)  for a copy lodged for the purposes of subsection 475 (7) of the
        Corporations Law - by the liquidator of the company.
