1990 No. 455 CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS - REG 5.1.02
Giving notice under subsection 414 (2) or (9) of the Corporations Law
5.1.02. A notice under subsection 414 (2) or (9) of the Corporations Law must
be given to a person:
(a) by personal delivery; or
(b) by prepaid post to the person's address shown in the books of the
transferor company.
