1990 No. 455 CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS - REG 3.2.01
Consent to act as director
3.2.01. If a consent of a person to act as director, lodged under subsection
222 (1) of the Corporations Law, is signed by an agent of that person
authorised in writing for the purpose, the authority or a certified copy of
the authority must be annexed to the consent.
