2.3.02. For the purposes of the definition of "translation day" in section 174
of the Corporations Law, the following days are prescribed:

   (a)  except in the case of a company of the Northern Territory - 1 January
        1984; and

   (b)  in the case of a company of the Northern Territory - 1 July 1986.
