1990 No. 455 CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS - REG 1.13

Documents signed or sworn in accordance with the rules 
1.13. A document that is signed, or an affidavit or statement that is sworn or
made, in accordance with the rules is taken to have been:

   (a)  signed in accordance with regulation 1.08; or

   (b)  sworn or made in accordance with regulation 1.11; as the case
        requires.
