1990 No. 455 CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS - REG 1.12

1.12. A document relating to a corporation that is to be certified or verified
must be certified or verified by a statement in writing in accordance with
Form 911 signed by:

   (a)  a director or secretary or the principal executive officer of the
        corporation, being a person that is resident in Australia or an
        external Territory; or

   (b)  its agent or, if the agent is a company, by a director or secretary or
        the principal executive officer of the agent, being a person that is
        resident in Australia or an external Territory.
