1990 No. 455 CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS - REG 1.11

1.11. (1) An affidavit or statement in writing must be sworn or made, on
behalf of a corporation, by a director, a secretary or the principal executive
officer of the corporation.

(2) If an affidavit is sworn outside Australia, the affidavit is sufficient if
it appears to be sworn in accordance with the requirements of the law of that
place.
