1990 No. 455 CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS - REG 1.09

1.09. If:

   (a)  a document must be lodged; and

   (b)  the period within which the document must be lodged is not prescribed;
        the document must be lodged:

   (c)  if paragraph (d) does not apply - within one month; or

   (d)  if the document is to be lodged by a foreign company and the
        Commission allows a further period because of special circumstances -
        that further period; after the happening of the event to which the
        document relates.
