1990 No. 455 CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS - REG 1.08

1.08. (1) Unless these Regulations state otherwise, a document relating to a
corporation that must be lodged by the corporation must be signed:

   (a)  by a director or secretary or the principal executive officer of the
        corporation; or

   (b)  if the corporation is a foreign company:

   (i)  by a person referred to in paragraph (a); or

   (ii) by the agent of the foreign company or, if the agent is a company, by
        a director or secretary, or the principal executive officer, of the
        agent.

(2) The name of a person signing a document must be legibly written under or
beside the signature of that person.
