1990 No. 455 CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS - REG 1.05

1.05. (1) If a form requires:

   (a)  the lodging of a document; or

   (b)  the giving of information:

   (i)  by completing the form in the prescribed manner; or

   (ii) by supplying or completing another document; that document or
        information is to be taken to be the document or information required
        for the purposes of the provisions of the Corporations Law or of the
        Regulations for the purposes of which that form is included in
        Schedule 2.

(2) If a provision of the Corporations Law requires particulars to be
prescribed by the giving of information in a prescribed form, the particulars
included in the form are taken to be the particulars required for the purposes
of the provision of the Corporations Law for the purposes of which that form
is included in Schedule 2.
