1988 No. 125 COPYRIGHT REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

After regulation 17 of the Copyright Regulations, the following regulation is
inserted: Prescribed persons for the purposes of subparagraph 91 (a) (iii) of
the Act

"17A. For the purposes of subparagraph 91 (a) (iii) of the Act, the following
persons are prescribed:

   (a)  Satellite Leisure Services Pty Limited;

   (b)  Sky Channel Pty Ltd.".
