1984 No. 18 CUSTOMS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3
3. After regulation 128B of the Customs Regulations the following regulation
is inserted: Rate of rebate of duty in respect of diesel fuel
"128C. For the purposes of sub-section 164 (5) of the Act, the rate of rebate
in respect of any diesel fuel is $0.07155 per litre.".
