1984 No. 13 CUSTOMS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

Time for application for refund of duty 
Regulation 128A of the Customs Regulations is amended by omitting from
sub-regulation (4) "by-law or determination" and substituting "by-law,
determination or Commercial Tariff Concession Order".
