1983 No. 128 COPYRIGHT REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

1. After regulation 3 of the Copyright Regulations the following regulation is
inserted: Central records authority

"3A. For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of 'central records
authority' in section 10 of the Act, the Australian Trade Union Training
Authority Central Records Authority is declared to be a central records
authority for the purposes of the Act.".
