1981 No. 355 COPYRIGHT REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

1. Regulation 4 of the Copyright Regulations is amended-
(a) by inserting "Column 2 of" after "specified in"; and

   (b)  by adding at the end thereof the following sub-regulation:



"(2) For the purposes of paragraph (e) of the definition of 'educational
institution' in section 10 of the Act, each of the institutions specified in
Column 2 of Schedule 1A is declared to be an institution to which that
paragraph applies.".
