4. Regulation 4 (Application of the Act) 
4.1 Subregulation 4 (1):
Omit "Part II or Part III", substitute "Part II, Part III or Part V".

4.2 Paragraph 4 (2) (a):
Omit "Part II or Part III", substitute "Part II, Part III or Part V".

4.3 Subregulations 4 (3) and (4):
Omit "Part II or Part III", substitute "Part II, Part III or Part V".

4.4 Subregulation 4 (5):
Omit "Part 1, Part II, Part III or Part IV of".
