1. Amendment


  1.1 The Copyright (International Protection) Regulations are amended as set
out in these Regulations.
(NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act
1901, s. 48.)

2. Schedule 1 (Countries to which the provisions of the Act apply)


  2.1 Part I:
Insert the following countries in the appropriate alphabetical position
determined on a letter by letter basis:
  "Georgia
  Haiti
  Latvia
  Moldova
  Saint Vincent and the Grenadines
  Ukraine".

  2.2 Part II:
Omit the following countries:
  "Haiti
  Saint Vincent and the Grenadines
  Ukraine".

  2.3 Part IV:
Insert the following countries in the appropriate alphabetical position
determined on a letter by letter basis:
  "Bulgaria
  Moldova".

  2.4 Part V:
Insert the following countries in the appropriate alphabetical position
determined on a letter by letter basis:
  "Bolivia
  Botswana
  Burkina Faso
  Burundi
  Central African Republic
  Colombia
  Cuba
  Cyprus
  Djibouti
  Egypt, Arab Republic of
  El Salvador
  Guatemala
