- Description:These Regulations amend the Charter of the United Nations (Sanctions - Al-Qaida and the Taliban) Regulations 2008 and extend from 48 hours to three working days the period that must elapse between the Minister for Foreign Affairs having notified the UN Security Council 1267 Sanctions Committee of a proposed basic expense dealing and having granted a permit.
